Sunrise Batur Trekking by Jeep oers a unique and thrilling way to witness the stunning sunrise over Mount Batur. Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel, followed by a drive to the basecamp where your day starts.
At the basecamp, you’ll be welcomed with a delicious breakfast of warm banana pancakes and a hot cup of coee or tea, enjoyed by the warmth of a cozy wooden campﬁre. After breakfast, hop onto a Jeep for a ride to the sunrise point on Mount Batur.
Once you reach the sunrise spot, it’s time to watch the sky light up as the sun rises over the majestic volcano. Enjoy your breakfast box, which includes mineral water and a banana sandwich, while soaking in the breathtaking view of Mount Batur. Our expert guide will also capture beautiful photos of you with the sunrise as your backdrop, ensuring you have lasting memories.
Afterward, explore the black lava ﬁelds around Mount Batur, a dramatic landscape created by past volcanic eruptions. Once the exploration is complete, return to the
basecamp to meet your driver, who will take you back to your hotel, concluding your unforgettable adventure.

By Foot:

Sunrise Batur Trekking by Foot oers an unforgettable experience to witness the sunrise from the top of Mount Batur. Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel, followed by a scenic drive to the start point of the trek, where you’ll meet your expert guide.
The hike to the summit takes around 2.5 hours, and along the way, your guide will ensure your comfort. Feel free to take breaks whenever you need, and about halfway up, you’ll stop for a rest to recharge before continuing on the ﬁnal stretch to the top.
Once you reach the summit, you’ll be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the sunrise over Mount Batur. Enjoy your breakfast, which includes hot coee or tea, a banana sandwich, and a boiled egg, while taking in the breathtaking scenery. Your guide will also capture memorable photos of you against the beautiful sunrise backdrop.
After breakfast, explore the dramatic black lava ﬁelds around Mount Batur, shaped by volcanic activity. Once your exploration is complete, you’ll begin your descent back to the start point, enjoying more spectacular views of the Batur Crater surrounding area and trek through local people vegetable farm.
Finally, you’ll meet your driver and be driven back to your hotel, completing a truly memorable sunrise trek.

05:30 AM: Arrive at Sunrise Point

06:30 AM: Exploring The black lava area of Mt. Batur
07:00 AM: Back to Basecamp
08:00 AM: Drive back to hotel from basecamp
10:00 AM: Arrive back at your hotel
